2nd SUNDAY IN ADVENT | Luke 1:26-48; 2:1-5; Matthew 1:18-25 | In the modern world, few of us would undertake a journey of nearly a hundred miles on foot or beast of burden. Yet "The Call of Christmas" that came to Joseph & Mary entailed exactly that. And the call of Christ that comes to us all this Advent invites us also to open to the supernatural capacity from God that equips us to carry on in crisis on the road of life as we follow His leading & trust in His care.

Join us on Sun. 12/17/23 (immediately following our 10AM church service) for food, festivities, & fun for the whole family as we celebrate the Christmas season. Open to all--invite your friends!

4th SUNDAY IN ADVENT/CHRISTMAS EVE DAY | Luke 2:8-20 | As we arrive at Christmas Eve Day in our Advent preparation, we reflect on one of the most memorable moments of the first Christmas: the revelation of the angels to shepherds in the field that Christ the Savior was born. The call of the angels to the shepherds comes to us still as "The Call of Christmas" to this very day: to spread the Good News of the Savior’s arrival & of God’s great gift to all humankind. To perceive the real revelation of Christmas is to persevere Beyond the Road of challenges always facing us & enter into an evangelical enthusiasm that can fill all our days with the truest joy of Christmas: the real & abiding Presence of God in our midst.

On SAT. JAN. 20, 2024 from 10AM-12PM, all Ministry Team Members (Dept. Heads, Sunday School Teachers, Small Group Leaders, & designated Church Elders & Staff) are called to convene for prayer, planning the quarterly program calendar, & coordinating ministry activities.
