SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE

Ecclesiastes 1-12 | As Solomon strayed from his strongest devotion to right worship & instead into an increasing dalliance with idolatry, the erosion of his worship effected also a corrosion of the blessing of his wisdom, as "the Preacher" of proverbs came to feel that "all is vanity & vapor." Yet even in this dissipation, the divine gift of wisdom was operating through Solomon, leaving us one of the more emotionally challenging & yet undeniably enriching experiences of Scripture: the book of Ecclesiastes.

SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE

Song of Solomon 1-8 | The last of the three Biblical books most associated with Solomon as a primary author (or at least as a king to whom the book is dedicated), is a book which often references his very name in the ascribed title, "The Song of Solomon." Also known as "The Song of Songs," this lushly romantic and even gracefully erotic ode to the love between a man and a woman provides as well a sumptuous spiritual metaphor for the passionate bond between Jesus and His Church called the Bride of Christ (Rev 21:2).

MONTHLY 1ST SUNDAY COMBINED COMMUNION SERVICE

1 Chronicles 22 | As we begin a new month & join together as a unified congregation for our monthly Communion service, the youth of PCF-LA will lead our service and exhort all to "Elevate Your House" unto the Lord in this Year of Proclamation!

PSOM is currently on break. Our new class on CHRISTIAN APOLOGETICS will begin on Sunday April 6. REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW THRU MAY 3. This class, taught by PCF Lead Pastor Court Hall, will be held on Sundays from 2:30-4:30pm (PST) in our PSOM room upstairs & also online (available both live or via recording viewable on your own schedule). PALM SUNDAY SERVICE

Luke 19:35-44 | Every year we commemorate the Triumphal Entry of Jesus into Jerusalem at the beginning of Passion Week. In this first of a three-part Easter season series, we’ll reaffirm the words of that day anticipated even centuries earlier in Psalm 118:26, "Blessed is He who comes in the Name of the Lord!" Truly, "all the earth sings praise to You" (Psalm 66:4).

GOOD FRIDAY COMMUNION SERVICE

Romans 8:18-39 | In this second of a three-part series of Passion Week messages traveling the "Road to Resurrection," we’ll look at the pivotal moment of Christ's coming to the Cross of Calvary to achieve our salvation through the sacrifice of His sacred blood. "For the joy set before Him, [Jesus] endured the cross" (Hebrews 12:2). Thanks to this saving work of the Savior, we now (like the Apostle Paul wrote), "consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us.... For we know that All Creation Groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together...waiting eagerly for...the redemption [that is coming with Christ]" (Romans 8:18-23).

From 9pm on Good Friday to 8am on Easter morning, we'll engage in round-the-clock prayer & reading of the Scriptures in the PCF-LA sanctuary. Join us!

RESURRECTION SUNDAY SERVICE

Revelation 21:3-5 | This Easter Sunday morning, we’ll celebrate the Resurrection of Christ that also declares His promise to "make all things new" (Rev 21:5). For in the Risen Christ, eternity is secured and "All Creation Rises!" Immediately following this service, all are invited to join us for a free Easter celebration luncheon with food & fun for the whole family!

Immediately following our 10AM Resurrection Sunday service on April 20, join us for food, fellowship, & fun for the whole family at our annual church-wide Easter Party, free & open to all! The festivities will be begin right after the service concludes, at approximately 12:15pm.
